    Q: I don't have a detailed  information about Lovely Pumps. Do you have a factory? Do you sell
        different brands?
    A: No, we have not a factory. We are a boutique and we only sell our own products. And we do
        not sell from stocks (except used shoes). Instead, we custom make the shoes only  for you
        to wear %100 original, unique shoes fitting your feet comfortably.

    Q: Can you give more information about your company please? Do you sell different items?
    A: Lovely Pumps is a subdivision of  Athena Networks TDŽ,  located  in Turkey. Lovely Pumps
        has also a lingerie branch, Lovely Lingerie, which sells quality lingerie products. The Athena
        Networks TDŽ company has a wide spectrum of  merchandise, utilizing  several websites &
        products (including euthantic Eastern furniture, carpets, glassware and similar items).

    Q: What kind of shoes does Lovely Pumps offer?
    A: We offer %100 handmade  shoes, made  from genuine leathers. Lovely Pumps offers shoes
        and boots which have completely  original & unique designs. Every Lovely Pumps customer
        knows that she/he wears unique footwear which is not possible to find on market easily.
        We also accept %100 custom orders too. Let's say you like a shoe model (e.g. in a fashion
        or shoe magazine) and willing to have these nice shoes, but you don't have a chance to find
        (it may be an old, vintage model, or a model which belongs to a very expensive  brand). You
        can contact us anytime to order these type of shoes and/or boots.
        Additionally we make  orthopedic shoes & boots (may be a Lovely Pumps model or not. No
        problem. We have no restrictions..).

    Q: Do you sell & ship worldwide?
    A: Of course... We have no restrictions (except a few countries such  as Cuba, Nigeria) and all
        international orders are  shipped  by registered air mail parcel service with %100 guaranteed
        delivery (insurance included).
        We are very sensitive about deliveries and full satisfaction of our customers.
        If you order shoes  from us, you will also be informed by e-mail just before shipping and you
        will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number the day your package is shipped.

    Q: Do you charge for shipping or anything else?
    A: Absolutely  not... Worldwide  shipping  (via registered air mail with %100 delivery guarantee)
        and insurance included to our regular prices, you do not need to pay any extra charges incl.
        handling, etc. Also, all of our products are free from any charges such as customs fees and
        duties. We always ship the products in gift category.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We normally accept  credit cards (VISA & MasterCard)  and  bank orders or Western Union
        money transfers. We  guarantee a full security ( we are working with one of  the well known,
        biggest banks ) for your cards and orders. If you wish to pay with a credit card, you can use
        our online form or FAX form according your desire.
        In both methods, your credit card information will be transferred to secure bank servers.
        If you don't  want  to  pay  with  your  credit card  (or if you don't have one) you can pay with
        bank order (called wiring). In  this  case, you  will  pay +10$ less / per pair, because sender
        banks  normally  charge  a  fee  which  is around 10-15$ to  the customer. So, this discount
        balances the costs. Also we strongly recommend  bank order, if you wish to purchase more
        than 3 pairs, for  your  own advantage. It means (e.g.) for 3 pairs, your earnings will be +30$
        (if the sender bank charges a +15$ to you, it means your net advantage will be +15$)
        * In certain cases we also accept Western Union money orders and/or company checks but
        we have some rules about it (1).  You may click HERE to get more information about money

    Q: How can you guarantee a proper fitting to my feet & walking comfort?
    A: Well, shoe  business  is something different  than  selling books or similar items. We know
        it and the "state of art" is very important. While  surfing  the net, you may see a lot of online
        shoe stores which have simple "add to the basket" services  with  a few questions (such as
        size and color). But our philosophy is completely different..
        We prefer a good dialogue with  every customer  who is serious  to order shoes and we offer
        a satisfactory service. First of  all, our ordering  forms utilize very detailed questions. By this
        way we collect all necessary  data (including  the dimensions of your feet) to make the best
        fitting & comfortable  shoes for you. In some cases, we ask (if we need to have) some extra
        questions (by e-mail only)  to  achieve  the  best results. Additionally, we reply all questions
        which are asked by e-mails. Our  first  principle  is to make our customers satisfied with our
        quality and service. We see all of our customers as our valued "family members".

    Q: If the shoes don't fit my feet, then what can I do? I am afraid about it..
    A: Don't worry. If a fitting  problem  occurs (our  statistics show  that only %4 of our customers
        face this problem, a very low ratio, thanks to our "state of art design" philosophy) you do not
        need to worry about it, simply send the shoes back to us, we' ll make a new pair  (the same
        model & properties) and ship for free, at no cost. In some cases, we send special insertions
        (a cobbler can  easily add these under the insoles) which make the shoes for best fit. These
        will be free too.

    Q: Do you have any discounts? Or special offers?
    A: Yes. We have  regular  discounts  for  customers  who purchase more than two pairs at the
        same time. You can see our  discount  rates  list. Beside this, we may apply some special
        discounts and bonuses to our  well  known, loyal customers  from  time  to time. Also every
        customer earns two credits (two credits per pair) for our monthly lotteries.

    Q: What does "bonus points" mean? What will I do with it?
    A: Bonus points is a special gift for you  from Lovely Pumps. When you purchase an item from
        us, you will earn "bonus points" per item. One point is equal to 0.01 US Dollars. The "bonus
        points" are redeemable & when  it reaches to a minimum of 5000, you can use these points
        for a discount of %50 while purchasing another new pair of shoes.
        You may also use them any time (without waiting for 5000, for your new orders). Your bonus
        points will be calculated -you can also calculate them- and applied as a discount. Using the
        bonus points will be up  to you. You may desire to use them for your second time purchase,
        or may desire to wait & keep them to increase for your future orders.
        If you like our shoes (we are sure about it !!), and decide to place new order(s), while placing
        a new order, every time you will  be asked if you wish to use use your bonuses or not. If you
        desire to use, we will redeem your points and you will have a good discount for this order.
        Notice: This is not a time-limited offer. It is valid for every time and your earned points will be
        kept in our database. These points will not "expire" after a certain time.

    Q: What about my privacy? Do you give or sell my data (including my e-mail & address) to 3rd
        parties or advertising agencies, etc?
    A: Absolutely not. We never share a single data with another  company or person.. We have a
        very strict rule about it. Lovely Pumps %100 guarantees your privacy.

    Q: When did Lovely Pumps begin to shoe business on internet?
    A: Since the August 1999, we sell shoes worldwide  through  internet. Every year we sell more
        shoes & boots worldwide. Our quality is proven, our brand is well known.

    Q: I am not a personal buyer.  We have a sales business  (and/or a retailer) and I want to learn
        if you are looking to broaden your business and looking for retailers & wholebuyers.  Do you
        have wholesale and/or dropshipping programs?
    A: Yes we have. If you are serious, you can contact us anytime to get detailed information.

    (1) As a rule, Lovely Pumps normally  does  not accept personal and/or company checks. But
         in some cases we may accept company checks under these conditions:
         a - If the customer is  really  serious about purchasing shoes from us and if we believe that
         she/he has no any other opportunities to pay.
         b - If the customer is a well  known person or company & wants to buy bulky amounts (e.g.
         more than 5-10 pairs).
         However, the buyer must accept this rule: Lovely Pumps will only place the order(s) into an
         active state  and  then  ship the shoes, (which are paid with money orders or checks), after
         drawing the amount signed on the check to cash.
         Normally it takes a time around 30 to 60 days. After completion of  transaction procedures,
         we prepare and ship the shoes to the customer.
    (2) In this case we only charge a shipping fee (around 50-60$).
